Courier Service: We use SF Express for all local deliveries within Hong Kong.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
Delivery times may be extended due to public holidays or extreme weather.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. You can also go to our Track My Order page for the most updated info.
Courier Service: Hong Kong Post, SF Express or UPS depending on shipping location.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by destination. Generally, international orders are delivered within 7-14 business days from time of order.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Free Shipping within Hong Kong: Orders of HKD 500 or more qualify for free shipping within Hong Kong.
International Shipping Discounts:
Taiwan: Free Shipping for orders HKD $2000 or above.
Singapore: Free Shipping for orders HKD $3000 or above.
All Other Regions: Free Shipping for orders HKD $3500 or above.
For customs clearance, residents of Taiwan must submit identity authentication through the EZ Way app to approve customs clearance after placing an order. Failure to do so may result in delays or the return of your package. Read full instructions here
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
