Measure your wrist using a soft tape measure or string, wrapping it snugly just above the wrist bone.
For comfort, add 0.5-1 cm to your wrist measurement for a snug fit, or 1.5-2 cm for a looser fit.
Ensure accurate sizing by measuring at the end of the day when your wrist is likely at its largest.
