At Tranquilite, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Below is our refund policy outlining the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
We offer a 14-day return policy upon order fulfillment under the following conditions:
Shipping Damages: If your item was damaged during shipping.
Packing Issues: If you received the wrong product.
Non-Eligible Items
Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once items are opened and used, it is not eligible for returns.
Please note that "damages" do not include natural crystal imperfections displayed in the product images
In the unlikely event that customers present full proof that our crystals are not natural as advertised, we will offer a full refund with no questions asked.
Certification must be obatained from recognized organizations such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the International Gemological Institute (IGI) or equivalent bodies, accredited by organizations such as ANSI (USA), SCC (Canada), HKAS (Hong Kong), or TAF (Taiwan).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Description and Photo: Email us at info@tranquilitecrystal.com with a description and photo of the item of concern.
Return Label: We will send you a return label after verifying the issue.
Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging with the provided return label affixed.
Dropoff: Drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Refund: If the item meets the return conditions, we will process a full cash refund to the original payment method upon receiving the returned shipment.
Timeline: The entire process, including inspection and refund, may take up to 5-10 business days.
All shipping costs for returns due to errors on our side will be covered by Tranquilite. If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, there will be no cost to the customer.
If shipment is lost during return due to mishandle, the customer will have to bear shipping costs.

Returns must be shipped through the original shipping carrier.
Tranquilite reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputes.
