    Where is the Tranquilite studio based?

    The Tranquilite studio is based in Hong Kong.

    Is there a physical store or other point of sale?

    Currently, Tranquilite operates exclusively online. We do not have a physical store.

    Where do you source your crystals from?

    Our crystals are ethically sourced from reputable suppliers around the world, such as Brazil, Madagascar, and Namibia depending on the crystal's native location.

    Are all your crystals natural? Do you sell any man-made or treated crystals?

    Yes, all our crystals are natural unless otherwise specified in the product description. We offer polished stones and crystal accessories that use other materials, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

    Asian Gemmological Institute and Laboratory Limited (AGIL) certification services are available to authenticate crystals for a fee. Please contact our staff to obtain a certificate with any crystal purchase. Please note that customers will have to bear the cost for certification and shipping.


    In the unlikely event that customers present proof that our products are not “natural,” we will offer a full refund with no questions asked. Please see our refund policy for more details.

    Why is the texture of each crystal different?

    The texture of each crystal is different due to its natural formation process. Variations in color, texture, and size are common and make each crystal unique. Minor imperfections are the best proof that the crystal is natural.

    Can your crystals be issued with authentication certificates?

    Yes our crystals can be certified.


    Due to cost concerns, by default our products do not come with certificates when purchased. However, customers are free to order certificates with our customer support or from a reputable source such as Asian Gemmological Institute and Laboratory Limited (AGIL).

    Is the actual product the same as the photo?

    While we strive to display accurate images from different angles and measurements, crystals do have natural variations. We encourage customers to contact us for any concerns before purchase.

    Why are the beads a little different in size?

    We offer crystal bracelets with beads of different sizes. Please refer to product descriptions for more details. While we give our best efforts on quality control, there may be variations of 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm.

    Do you provide maintenance services?

    Yes, we offer customized services such as adjustments and maintenance. Please contact our customer support for more details.

    Can the crystal bracelet be changed to a suitable hand size?

    Yes, we can adjust the size of the crystal bracelet to fit your wrist. Please check our sizing guide before placing your order. For changes after purchase, please contact customer support.

    Do I need to purify or charge the crystal myself after receiving the goods?

    We use clear quartz to purify most of our crystals, but for first-time use, we recommend any of the methods listed on our “Crystal Care” page.

    If I wear multiple crystals at the same time, will it interfere with each other?

    Wearing different types of crystals general does not interfere with your well-being, but it's best to choose combinations that complement each other. Please see the best match of each crystal in our blogs.

    Should crystals be placed on the table or worn on the body?

    Crystals can be both placed on the table or worn on the body, depending on your personal preference and the intended use. Go with your intuition!

    Which hand should I wear my crystal bracelet on?

    Traditionally, wearing a crystal bracelet on the left hand is believed to absorb positive energy, while wearing it on the right hand is thought to project energy.
